Hello everyone, today I will be sharing my experience of using the Kenra Haircare line that I mentioned in Monday’s post for the first time. I’m going to walk through my routine and show you exactly what I did.
So let’s get into it!
To start, I took a picture of my hair so I can have a comparison at the end of this two week testing period.
As you can see, my hair has decent shine but has TONS of flyaways and frizz. There is also a natural wave that tends to make my hair look even more untamed.
After my long day, I decided to hop in the shower and finally try out the shampoo and conditioner. Even though I have tried Kenra products in the past, my expectations for these items were pretty low. I have tried SO many shampoos and conditioners in the past and have not had any that gave me immediate results.
The first thing I noticed about these items was that they didn’t have any weird smell. For some reason, I had anticipated the snail extract to have a scent to it, but it really didn’t. The scent was actually really nice and not too strong.
My usual haircare routine is to wash my hair with shampoo, rinse, then apply conditioner and let it sit on my hair while I wash my body, shave, etc., then, I rinse it out with cold water. This helps to lock in the moisture and keep my hair less frizzy. To give these items a fair shot, I opted to continue this routine with the Kenra line.
After my shower, I applied the CC cream and let my hair dry naturally.
I usually apply a leave in conditioner to help it dry soft and smooth. Once this process was done, I went to bed and woke up this morning with my hair feeling the same as it typically does.
That isn’t a huge disappointment to me but I am really hoping that as the week progresses, I start to see some serious results. I will be updating you on Saturday with my progress.

Lots of love,
