Motivation Monday- Week 37

Hello everyone, today I have another “Motivation Monday” post. These are quotes of something I challenge myself to do for me and for you to do for yourself. I hope that this can brighten each one of your lovely lives and make 2017 everyone’s year.

So let’s get started with this week’s post.

“Healing is not linear”.

This week I don’t have another challenge, I have a message: healing is not linear. There are always going to be ups and downs, regardless of how hard you work and what you’re healing from. It is important to recognize that for every down, there is an up and visa versa. You will get better, and so will people around you, but there will be fluctuations and recognizing that will make the process much easier. I still have really hard days where I question if I’m actually any better than I was a few years ago, but I also have days that make me wonder how I ever felt like I wasn’t okay. Unfortunately, there is no pattern to when those days come. This week, recognize the process is bumpy but know you’ll get through it.

Share your stories of healing (and favorite quotes) in the comments below on social media accounts and tag me with any of my usernames linked below.
