Hello everyone, today I have another “Motivation Monday” post. These are quotes of something I challenge myself to do for me and for you to do for yourself. I hope that this can brighten each one of your lovely lives and make 2017 everyone’s year.
So let’s get started with this week’s post.
“Care for your body. Eat. Hydrate. Move. Sleep.”
This week I challenge you to take care of your body in the most simple way. Try to drink more water, eat more fruit and veggies, get more sleep and do more exercise. Challenge yourself to take the stairs more often, walk when you can, go to yoga and stretch each day.
