To start off my month of healthy living, I will share one of my favorite healthy ways to start the day.
- 3/4 cup yogurt- you can use any kind but I prefer Horizon Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- Handful of Chocolate Chips- dark chocolate is certainly healthier, but in the morning I prefer the milk chocolate
- 1 Tsp Honey- you can also use agave nectar
Mix it all together and enjoy!
Since yogurt has good bacteria, your digestive and immune systems improve as you enjoy the sweetness.
